Returns Policy

Returns:

At Pet World Cages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@petworldcages.com. Once the return has been granted, you must ensure that the item is returned to us within 15 days. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned to you or a reduced refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If we find that the item is not in the original condition or has been used, we may not issue a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days from the date of authorisation. Please note that any shipping costs associated with the return will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. You will need to contact our customer sales team by emailing info@petworldcages.com and provide a reason for the return. Once the return has been granted, you will need to ship the item back to us.

Please note that the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You will be required to pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. The amount of the return postage costs will depend on the shipping method, size, and weight of the item.

If we provide you with a prepaid collection label for your return, the cost of the label will be subtracted from your refund.

We want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us. To avoid any unexpected costs or surprises, we recommend that you carefully read and understand our return policy before making a purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

All products come with a 12-month warranty. If you experience any issues with your product within this timeframe, please get in touch with our customer service department for assistance.

For international returns or exchanges, additional shipping fees may apply. You may also be required to provide customs documentation.
