In the unlikely event that you want to return an item, our policy lasts 30 days from receiving your item. You must raise a return within the 30-day period, this can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, should the return be granted you must ensure your item is returned to us within 15 days of the acceptance, failure to do so may result in the item being returned to you or a reduced refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If upon arrival, with us, it is not in the original condition and/or used we may not issue a full refund.
Once returned to us, we will inspect the item, if the item is as stated then we will authorise your refund. Please note refunds take 3 to 5 working days, to be available in your account, from the date of authorisation.
If you wish to change the item you have received, rather than return it, we can arrange an exchange. This can be performed right at your door, all you need to do is call us on 0191 2966 966 or email us, we will discuss the available options, e.g. upgrading or downgrading the item, any costs for it and we will arrange the date with you.
For exchanges, someone must be present at the property, the courier will not be able to perform this otherwise. We will need the best contact number for you, as the courier may call you the day before the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for ensuring the item is returned to us within 15 days of the return being granted.
We recommend using a Courier Comparison company, such as Parcel2Go, as they can offer cheaper prices vs. going directly to a courier.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
