How long love have you been selling dog cages?

We have over 20 years of experience selling dog cages and crates. 

I’m interested but I don’t know where to start. Can you help? 

It’s very simple to begin your search. You can either ‘search by car’ or use our ‘crate calculator’ via our home page, to find out the best model to fit within your car boot. 

Just how many dimensions of boots have you collected to match up with car manufacturers? 

Every car is different. That’s why we’ve spent over 10 years collating dimensions from over 5000 different makes and models of cars and SUVs, and then we’ve added them to our database on our website. 

You claim to have cages for every car model, but I can’t see mine, what do I do? 

If you are unable to see your car model on our website, all you have to do is drop our team a message via info@petworldcages.com with the dimensions of your boot and they’ll be more than happy to assist you with providing the best cage for your car.

I want to see the cage and speak to someone face-to-face about it, can this be done? 

Yes, it can. If you’re based within or around the North East of England, you can drive to our headquarters via the address below. If you give our team a call beforehand they can be on standby for when you arrive and then provide a FREE car fitting service for you.

I have an SUV/estate/hatchback car and your cages look like they won’t fit, that can’t be right, surely?  

We have cages that have been purposely designed so that they can be fitted within your larger vehicle. 

My cage has arrived but now I’ve assembled it, it won’t fit in my car. Have I got the sizing wrong? 

What we would normally advise customers to do once their cage arrives, is to try to assemble the cage within the boot of their car first. This gives you a better indication of the sizing and snugness of the cage as the opening is smaller than the cage.

I’m concerned that if I have an accident, my pet will be trapped. Are your cages safe? 

Each cage is made from high carbon steel, finished in a powder coating, and features an emergency escape hatch on the top of the cage should it ever be required.

We also have cages that arrive with sliding doors if the boot is quite deep, too.
