The item is really good and well made and the staff on the end of the phone (I had to call several times) are really friendly. However they are severely let down by Tuffnells the delivery firm. I ordered from this company as they offered next day delivery but it did not arrive the next day so I spent a day and a half waiting for my delivery with no information coming from them at all despite being informed I would get an email containing delivery details.

I’ve been looking for ages for one to fit my car, and it does! However, I’m very disappointed with the base – it is fabric not a tray base. I now understand why you provide an additional padded (slightly) piece of bedding – I’ve had to add more bedding so my dogs cannot feel the metal cage under them. All in all, it is a sturdy bit of kit but it should be for the price.
